Many Chinese e-commerce website have a lax verification process which allows many doubtful companies to misrepresent their products and service. In the event or any dispute you may not have any recourse as they will simply close their site and disappear.
This does not mean there are no quality suppliers in China. In fact, many small but quality supplier do not speak English and prefer to do business locally. Their price tends to be lower then others and their products are advertised in Chinese language website which seldom shows on top of google search. Remember, Chinese prefer baidu NOT google as preferred Chinese language search engine.

We found a Chinese supplier who will source product at a cheaper price then you. Why should not I use their service?
On the internet, you can find supplier offering service for low fees, but most of them do not have an understanding of the importers country market. Many times they get commission from suppliers as a result, they choose the one giving most commission to them, which may not work in the best of your interest.
Moreover, their limited English language proficiency might result in confusion. You may get your shipment as you planned, but you can never be 100% sure.
What product can you source? Are there any minimum order quantity?
Most of furniture produced in China as long as they do not have any export restriction. There are some some regulatory requirement that needs to be complied with by the importer of furniture in US/Europe and Australia
Most suppliers do not have any minimum order restriction for individual buyer for the home of office furniture. If you are importing for hotel projects from large factories, price can be cheap but you may have to meet required MOQ set by the factory.
In general, it is feasible to import directly from the factory for order over USD 100000. If you plan to visit China and order from the wholesale market you should order about USD 20000 or more to make it feasible for you.
There are NO MINIMUM ORDER from our side but you need to find order volume that would justify the cost involved.

How do you charge? What are your service fee?
We charge on the basis of the level of service provided at various stages such as product sourcing, sample, QC and shipment stage. It means you pay in incremental stages and solely for the services rendered by us.
You can pay for our service fee via bank transfer or PayPal.
How do I pay supplier?
You pay the supplier directly via bank transfer or L/C as per terms negotiated by you. If you are buying from wholesale market please arrange to pay 30% deposit in cash or RMB local bank transfer to them directly upon confirmation of the order. if you prefer, you can arrange it through us.
What is the lead time for delivery from suppliers? How do you ship?
Lead time for most factories are 4 weeks from the date of advance payment and confirmation of order. Orders placed in the wholesale furniture market mostly have shorter lead time of 2 weeks or less.
Most of the furnitures are packed in boxes and shipped in 20/40 Ft container.
I am planning a trip to China. Where do I start?
If you are planning to buy for a home or office, please yourself atleast three months time for ordering and goods to arrive at your location.
For a project buyer for hotel or large office, It is better to do some initial research about possible supplier before coming to China or attend a trade fair related to your product during your proposed visit so plan accordingly.
From our experience it works best to initially have us research the item and shortlist potential suppliers. You should then visit shortlisted suppliers to select one with whom you want to place an order. We can pre arrange all appointments, assign a translator for factory visits to gain maximum value from the trip
